The King of Assassins

Hard to find much subtext when Xena's barely in the episode. But, as soon as she does arrive, there's the scene where Cleopatra walks up real close to her and says, "Are you ever planning on coming to Egypt, Xena? If you do, send word. I'll plan a reception the world won't soon forget." Xena turns and gives Gabrielle a look which could be "Yay! Invited by royalty!" (Though she has never before been much impressed by royalty.) I took the look to mean something around "Geez, this woman is coming on strong!" :)
